  • The P365XL is about the perfect size to concealed carry. Being a 12 round gun and being just long enough to get a full grip on but being slim enough that its light and thin on your belt makes a gun capable to be carried all day. Having a 3.7" barrel means the gun will get better performance from hollow points compared to its shorter barreled brother. The trigger isn't great - in fact it's mediocre. The ergonomics on the trigger are great - but the mechanical quality of the pull is really substandard. Everything else about the gun is really great. Magazines are expensive - so be prepared to spend just shy of $50 apiece. The optic cut is OK - but a lot of the small sights made for the skinny 9mms will cowitness with the front sight. It's a really great concealed carry pistol - I highly recommend it.

In less than 3 hours OOS? Are these listings for 2 units in a warehouse?

Academy has them for $579.99 in the Black finish with two 12 round magazines. You pretty much have to be there when it is put on display. They go pretty fast. But Academy is getting them in regularly and has yet to raise the price. The Flat Earth ones they sell for $599.99 as of the date of this posting.

Be aware however that, like Walmart and Cabela's, if you don't pass the NICS check within the 3 days they will hold your gun for 30 days. They say its corporate policy, I say its bulls**t. One reason I no longer even look at firearms at Cabela's and Walmart should just get out of the gun biz entirely. But for a reasonable deal or something hard to find, I'll still buy at Academy.

Bereli.com has this gun with a Romeo Zero for $699 in stock. Not a super good price but considering you get the optic for $94 more than this deal it's worth the extra $ IMA...
