Not the same pistol. These are 40 S&W DA/SA in good condition. The Flint MI guns are 9mm DAO in fair condition. The 40's seem a much better deal, and I for one don't care what department they came from. I'd have no hesitation buying one of these, have bought other surplus pistols from SOS with no problems. If something's off I think they'd make it right.
Sorry, the exact same line of pistol in a different caliber, which still happen to have the same provenance, and are still sold by the same company. My point still is; if the city which sold these pistols was so important (regardless of caliber), these blowhards would be demanding the name of the particular police department however they are not.
Great gun, mine came with a 45 barrell conversion so I don't have to shoot sissy 40 bullets
Seems kind of useless since the rest of the gun wouldn't work with .45.
With all the whining about the EXACT SAME PISTOL from the EXACT SAME SELLER being surplus'ed from Flint, MI, why is no one asking about the origin of these?
Huh.....
