A Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's Exclusive!
The Sig Sauer® MPX Noctis Semi-Auto Rifle comes with an exclusive professional series black anodized finish on all metal exterior surfaces, and folding and locking Sig Sauer iron sights. A full-length Picatinny rail and a free-floating, M-LOK aluminum handguard allow you to attach a wide array of aftermarket tactical accessories; and the rifle comes with Sig Sauer folding open sights. The 16" barrel features a birdcage-style flash suppressor. All of the MPX's operation controls are fully ambidextrous, including the mag release, charging handle, and bolt stop. The Sig Sauer MPX is a fast-handling and modular semi-auto rifle that comes mission-ready right from the box. Ships with one 30-round magazine. Made in USA.

On May 22, 2020, the deal is $1299 but it does NOT include the Romeo 5 as the title states. The title was an old deal from 2019 Nov which did include the Romeo 5 for a lower price of $1279. Very misleading with this repost.

If by the “same thing”, you mean fires a 9mm projectile down a rifled barrel then I get it. The Ruger is a fine gun but Is nowhere near this gun. A Hi-point does the same thing as an STI but that hardly makes them equal.

Now that arm braces have made the scene, I wouldn't buy a 9mm with such a long barrel. Above around 8", there are negligible velocity gains. A 16" 9mm is going to be unnecessarily heavier and less maneuverable. Look around at all the offerings for a 9mm braced pistol before getting this.

Good luck finding a cheaper & better non-blowback 9mm PCC. You don't seem to know what the MPX is. At this price Cabela's is actually taking a loss.

Sherman, your reply has nothing to do with what the guy said. Yes this is a good price for a non-blowback 9mm pcc and the MPX. But like he said 16" is dumb unless you use this for competition, which requires it. He's also correct that ~8" gets you about the optimal velocity-to-size ratio, after that you can get more but the gains are small for the added weight/size.

So yes it's a good gun for a good price, but that doesn't mean it's useful to all.

Fair enough.

Is the $1200 one (Part # NOC-KIT) with the Romeo 5? Their website kinda sucks and doesn't specify.

It appears to be. If you look at the names the one on sale is called "Combo" while the other just says Noctis. I assume the "combo" is the one that comes with the Romeo 5.

Picked one up. It's identical to the MPX PCC with a few key exceptions. The Muzzle Brake, the Timney trigger and the folding stock vs the collapsing stock. All other components are the same. The bag it comes with is quite nice as well. Overall, an incredible price.

Quick question..

How are yall able to afford guns this expensive?

I buy, sell, trade used guns online and local. I find really good deals from folks who need cash, or are liquidating their guns due to age, health, etc. I buy right, not get in a hurry to sell, wait for the right buyer willing to pay full price then all my profits I use to buy guns I want for my collection. It also helps I have friends in the pawn business. Often when they don't buy a gun for whatever reason they tell the seller to contact me.
Basically I started out years ago with a $250 investment and have always reinvested double and now have over 30 guns I used just the profits to buy for myself. It's alot like flipping cars or houses. If you know what your buying and how much you can sell it for, it's not hard. You do need alot of gun value knowledge but that's fun for me anyhow

Careful letting everyone know that though. Technically illegal to sell guns for profit without an FFL.

That is a funny question to ask. Hard to not make fun of it and tell you something like, "stop working at McDonald's". How do people afford buying a house? How do people afford a Lambo? How do people afford having a company with 50,000 employees and still make billions?

Shit in my state McDonald's is paying as much as alot of manufacturing and even some trade jobs...no joke! Like "In and Out" burger here is paying $15.75 with full benefits and profit sharing! And that's to start!!!

The Ruger PCC does the same thing for under $500. To each their own though!

We save our money...? I put away $30 every Friday and have $1560 at the end of the year to spend on guns.

To clarify, the NOC-KIT comes with the Romeo 5 (no iron sites) and a soft case. The MPX pictured has the muzzle brake from the non-Noctis MPX, but the Noctis comes with a bird cage flash hider, not the muzzle brake.

Then Cabela's did a terrible job with the picture. Almost false advertisement in a way.

Yeah, I called Sig to order the Muzzle Brake for it. It was $149. When I received it, it is identical to the Tread Muzzle Brake (I have it also) that sells for $39, kind of annoyed about that. In Cabela's defense, the description is accurate and states its a bird cage, the picture is misleading though.
