2 things...1st those shotguns are available at $130. 2nd, though cheap I bought one and am more than happy and impressed with the shotgun. Built well, looks good and shoots reliably.

If you’d be willing to buy one outright and you need a couple shotguns (or could sell them to friends in need), it’s not a bad deal to get two with the rifle. That said, you’d have two extra FFL fees if you’re transferring. May or may not be worth it.

My LGS charges $5.00 for each additional firearm on transfer. With that, as I've said before and on other posts. The shotguns are an excellent bargain and mine so far has shit everything I've fed it. It's only really for self/home defense but yeah I'm pleased with the purchase I made for the stand alone shotgun at $128.

"It's only really for self/home defense". Can you clarify please? I assume you were talking about home defense vs hunting (and, possibly, combat use). If this is a reliable enough shotgun to trust it with your life in a home/self defense situation, why isn't it good enough for hunting? Combat use? There are a few reviews that show torture tests of this firearm. Very impressive. Looks quite reliable. If it can be used as a defense weapon against an intruder, why is it not good enough to take it to the woods on a hunting trip? Or perhaps use it in a combat situation?

Kind of a late reply, but it doesn't take choke tubes. Meaning it's cylinder bore and the shot patterns will be quite large at a short distance. I'd think it would work fine for slug hunting or with buckshot at close range, but it's not really designed for best performance when hunting. I would caution against running a box of shells through one of these and declaring it dead reliable. One of them may run perfect, but another may have a lot of issues. I did buy 3, but I also have multiple other shotguns, rifles and handguns that are my first choices when I need a gun.

Most FFLs don't charge full price for the extra guns. My LGS charges same for up to 3, then $10/ea after. It usually pays to order in "bulk". I got 3. Shoulda thrown another lower in there.
