Great gun for display and/or actual shooting. Feels good, shoots consistently, very reliable & that oil rubbed bronze nitron finish is crazy in-person! Highly recommended. Only thing I don't like is the gold engraving on the grips. It's a bit much so might replace it with something more lowkey as the gold engraving on the slide is enough for me.

Is it just me, or is this a really cheezy looking pistol?

That moon speak is Greek. Molon Labe means "come and take" first used by King Leonidas of the Spartans when King Xerxes ordered the Spartans to surrender their weapons. The saying Molon Labe has been used many times in history during battle. So the "Spartan" picture and your "moonspeak" actually go hand and hand. On a side note nice gun I'd buy if it was normal Sig 1911 price..

When I think "spartan", a $1000+ tacticooled 1911 with moonspeak written all over usually isn't the first thing that comes to mind...
