Description

The Sig P227 TACOPS is chambered in .45ACP and holds 10 rounds, but you'd hardly know it from the thinness of the grip. It ships with TRUGLO tritium fiber optic front sight and Siglite night rear sights. The P227 TACOPS features a short reset trigger, front cocking serrations, 4-point safety system, and custom G10 grip plates with Magwell. Four 14rd magazines are included.

It not the same model but that is a good price. The 1 at buds has 4 15 round mags, different grips, normal height nite sites and no threaded barrel.
The 1 you founds a better deal!

Yep, I agree with you 100%, I bought the p227 tacops but have since changed to normal p227 grips and bought 10 round mags.
Maybe just right carbines will make an adapter for their gun that uses the p227 mags so I can get some use other than shtf senario.

I'm usually a "big capacity is good" guy when it comes to handguns, but the 14rd OEM mags on these throw the balance off and are clumsily implemented, while the p227 is pretty much spot on with oem 10rd mags.

I'm hoping Mecgar steps up and makes 12rd mags with a much smaller floor plate and that would be much nicer.

But as it is, the pistol is so much nicer to shoot with 10rd mags, so I'd tell someone looking for a p227 to go with an enhanced elite or equinox over the tacops.
