Wow what a price increase!!! I picked up 2 of these last spring for $699 each. At this price, I would wait out gun panic and buy when prices come back down.
Great gun! Love mine. Looks almost too pretty to shoot - almost.

Don't tease me with those rosewood grips like that, at first glance I thought this was a Stainless Elite! Sig needs to stop being cheap and resume machining the discontinued stainless frames, rather than putting lipstick on their aluminum.

Edit - Actually, pictured is a stainless elite, this ad is for the TALO ASE, which has a different grip.

The grip on the P226 is fat. Shoots good, but feels fat in the hand. Plus it is very heavy. Not a good gun to carry. Shoots good, but it is best left at home in the nightstand.

Got this from SMGA at this price and I’m very happy with it. SMGA shipped it quickly, and I’ve put about 4-500 rounds through it so far. I’m an average or below average shooter and I can shoot decent groups with this from 20 yards.

Prices of Sigs seem to be coming down. Glad I didn't see Bud's ad.

It was a few days ago in the morning I was on gun deals in the afternoon and saw this gun for $649.00 at Buds it had only been advertised a few hours when I clicked on the site the gun was out of stock. Bummer.

I’m in for one. Can’t help myself. I had the compact (229) version of this gun and it was so much fun to shoot. I’m no crack shot, but I got great accuracy out of the 229. It’s also just one of the most asthetically pleasing firearms ive ever owned.

When was that, I would have jumped on it too. I only saw Buds had it for $705 cash price. :-(

In the second picture on there website it shows $649, but to the right it shows $699. Still a good price. It I wasn't into the 320's I would buy one.
