The BATFE has made it very clear that once a receiver is built into a rifle, whether by a factory or by you, it is always a rifle and converting it to a pistol is illegal. However, it is perfectly legal to build the receiver into a pistol first and then convert it to a rifle. If the receiver is built into a pistol first, you can configure it back and forth from handgun to rifle and back again as much as you want. However, you must be vigilant to ensure that the <16″ barrel is never on the receiver at the same time as a stock
dang....you guys had to be in texas. Seems to be the best price around on the 300blk lower with free bcg and charging handle...Im on the fence....if it was the 7.62x39 upper that had a bcgI would have been all over it.

Glocks are SO OVERRATED. You can find much better handguns for cheaper. I wonder if glocks still self destruct when fired?

Not really a black Friday deal...I've seen this deal around for awhile.
I got this deal during the Summer time deal and it is a awesome upper (10.5in 300 black out)! I liked it so much I even brought it out deer hunting with me! If you can find a better deal out there I would love to see it as I highly doubt there is.

Just got my 10.5 upper in 7.62x39. It is a work of art, and worked perfectly. Worth the wait, for the price, and quality.
Seems to be dead but maybe they will bring it back.
I am extremely happy with my purchase through this deal. They were a few weeks behind with a specific part and gave me a call on my cell phone within days to ask if I wanted things shipped separately to speed up my order. The prices are great, the quality of the kits are great (I'm not a gunsmith but it looked great to me). I'm placing another order today, this company is kickass.
Any one get a upper back from them? If so, how long did it take? I think I am about 2.5 weeks into the wait for a 7.62x39 upper.
Has any one used their 7.62x39 upper? Just got a form one back. What I have read most problems are with the mags. I wonder it they would recommend the ones they use for testing? I see they don't sell mags, unless I missed it.
I just got my pistol upper yesterday and very happy with the purchase. I was concerned that they charged my card after purchase but after around 3 weeks they delivered. Still a negative but I don't think that is indicative of their normal operation. According to their facebook page they were a little behind after offering their summer promo. Some very minor assembly marks on the barrel nut but looks very good. happy with overall quality of the parts and the price is great. +1 for Radical in my book, thanks.
I wouldn't be concern, Primary Arms sells their stuff! I order one and it's coming this week. I think I saw something like they had to build it and it took 10 days to build. Not sure. I'll updated if bad.
No disrespect towards primary arms, but they also sell Tactical Assmunch parts which are total garbage from my experience with their (t/a) 10.5...
PA also sellS cheapo red dot mounts that wont hold zero after minimal taps/bumps.
PA is a great company with outstanding customer service and good prices, but that does not in any way speak to the quality of the parts they sell.
True about Primary Arms. Just saying Racial is not a fly by night operation if Primary Arms is moving their stuff.
Please let us know whats up with the RF. The problem with the 10.5 I had was an out of spec aluminum free float barrel nut, and undersized gas port.
So I got it today. Came in a nice box and all package good! Found 3 minor tool marks. Scratch on brake and 2 scratches on the rails in front. Both are very minor. I just got a sig 716 and look around the bottom of the mag well and I notice overspray. So nothing is perfect, but always hope it is. I did notice that the receiver and the quail rail was off like .003 or maybe .0003. Like I said nothing is perfect, but for the price I'm good with it.
I normally dont edit my comments. But i have to say. I had a concern and i was contacted back with in a few hours. And as we all know that is not the norm in this industry. Hope the product is as great as my expectations.
I placed an order for a 300 blackout upper from radical firearms. I had a deal with a guy to get a couple thousand pulled 7.62 bullets to reload. The deal fell through so i called to cancel the order. There return policy states as long as it is not a custom build or buying a ffl lower, you can return for full credit. I called before it shipped and they refused to cancel the order. There sales guy said" We meant to change that return policy but have not got around to doing it yet". Worst customer service i ever had to deal with. Long story short, i had to put a stop payment on my credit card, and cancel the account. If you really want one of there products order through Primary Arms. Great customer service and prices. STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING FROM RADICAL FIREARMS.
That was not the case at all.. in fact, your wife had to take care of it for you since she is the one who called the store as you yelled from behind her. I am the one who took your call. You were extremely impatient and couldn't wait for our boss to get back so he could refund the card.. you immediately went to your bank and cried foul like you are doing here.. We are an honest company who doesn't hide behind false pretenses.. your accusation is nothing more to defame us as we would gladly refund your money to you when someone was available to access the terminal.
That is classic. Way to not be afraid to call an asshole customer out. I personally think that is a chickenshit excuse for cancelling. I couldn't get a deal on bullets so I cancelled the upper. Like that is the retailer's problem. Good for you.
