Meh, had a Turkish made Winchester and the metallurgy just wasn't there, hammer started deforming badly after less than 40 rounds.

Your obviously not a very educated gun person. With all due respect, There are some fantastic Turkish firearms on the American market such as the CANIK line of handguns, some excellent budget friendly pistols like the SAR line. Stoeger pistols and shotguns also have great budget friendly options. A few other guns like the GIRSAN line, TISAS 1911's, etc.
Many of the less expensive models of Weatherby shotguns are made in Turkey. These are just a small percentage of all the Turkish made firearms. Many of "US brand" firearms we see for budget minded folks are actually manufactured in Turkey then shipped and labelled under US companies. So yeah saying that all Turkish made firearms " are garbage " Is a very ignorant comment most likely related to your opinion of the country and it's people, not of the actual firearms made within the country itself. Turkey has been making firearms for a very long time. Many militaries around the world have carried Turkish firearms at one point or another. Some still carrying them today.
I mean know disrespect personally to you. Just believe you are misguided or do not really know.

Not to be an asshole but every single imported Turkish shotgun $400 and under has been tested by James at TFB TV. Every single one of them has been a huge steaming pile of shit. Most of them couldn’t get through a magazine tube without issue. Feel free to watch any of his videos that show I am correct in my statement. Have a nice day.

Most people buying Turkish shotguns aren't going to torture test their gun like the TFB guys.

Look, he's right in the big picture of things. You want a semi-auto that you can absolutely depend on? It better be something like a Beretta or a Benelli. Most will know better and just settle for a Mossberg 88 if you want something on the cheap that goes bang and will last a while.

More than likely he got a lemon - it happens. The Turks put out quality firearms. My Canik is an absolute beast. Ya, it's not a shotgun, but I've heard nothing but good things about their quality.

You're full of it bro. James hasn't "tested every Turkish shotgun under 400" he's tested a handful. Do you even watch him? He states regularly that he dislikes cheap guns, which sums up Turkish guns.

I own several "high quality" shotguns, benelli, mossberg, Ithaca, Beretta etc. And while they look nicer, as long as it goes bang, there isn't a big difference. Don't be an elitist.
