If i were looking at the old model and new model side by side, how could i tell the difference? I know there is a 20" version and 24" version and I was interested in the 24" until i read a bad review on the 20"...

This is a new version of an older model. Please do a little research on this new version as it seems to be plagued with issues.

If this is true, this is not good news. Too bad....cuz the 'old' 10 was a nice rifle!

Good luck finding one in stock. Teaser deal. They are getting as bad as Bassturd Pro.

Great 308 bolt-action beauty in the $500 range. Save your money if you are thinking about getting an Axis -- it is definitely worth saving up for this bad boy. I think it's just about as good as every rifle I've shot in the $500-$800 range!
