LMAO@ the wannabe “operators” who spend $2000 on a Glock because they saw it in a movie once.

Spend $1200 on a Wilson Combat Brig Tac instead, and you’ve got $800 left over for a pistol class and ammo.

Who’s paying this kind of money for what is basically a less reliable, tricked out Glock 17?

salient does amazing work. If you can only afford $600 then wait till the Stryk Bs hit the market at the end of the year / next year. Do you want a custom tuned gun that is amazing and takes it to the max then get the Salient strike one.

As for STI they make great guns as well we sell them. I own a DVC 3gun and I'm very happy with it.

Most of the comments here appear to be from people that have never shot a strike one so I figured I might comment on it. I own a Arsenal Arms Strike One. It is a very good gun with the right ammo. it was 600.00 used and came with 6 mags. I it has a very low bore axis and it does stay on target say easier than a Glock. It is very accurate in my hand and allows for very quick follow up shots. It is very picky on my reloads and does not like many hollow point rounds. It does however eat any 115 or 124 round nose loads I shoot with almost no problems (notice I say almost no problems).

This looks like that gun except it has been upgraded with some parts. Is it worth the 1999.00 price they are posting?... not even close. As much as I have enjoyed the gun I never use it in competition and that would be the only way I would consider spending the money on this gun. It is just not as reliable as I would like it to be for competition.

For this price I would start looking to spend a little more and get a STI competition race gun. Yeah I know it cost more but would be so worth the wait and money.

A no name gun made from polymer for 2 grand, with a Gold Barrel, are we back in the Superfly special days. Yhis leggo gun building is just getting rediculous, there is no craftmanship here, these guns snap together in 15 minutes, why would anyone buy this. You can get a hand fitted Ed Brown that shoots 1" groups for this price.

Definitely not a no name brand. Salient Arms International is the Roush Mustang of Glocks. No way in hell I'd spend the money for one of their builds though.

Yup. These lego guns would not have any resale value. I would not buy a second hand lego gun put together by an average joe.

But it's $600 off, you can't beat that. You can use that money to bedazzle the grips or paint the rest of the gun gold.
