1. Who is Standard Manufacturing? We are a US based firearms manufacturer that designs, machines and assembles its own firearms in a facility out of New Britain, CT. Coming out of the highly respected firm of Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Co., which is considered by its peers to be one of the finest firearms manufacturers in the world, winning many awards and accolades.
2. How long has Standard Manufacturing been in business? We have been around for 8 years. Our parent company, CT Shotgun, has been here for 43 years.
Each to their own but Sig, KAHR, Ruger and Taurus all make a .380 smaller than this and this gun is just barely smaller than a S&W 442-642.
Interesting concept. Never heard of this before.
All they need now is an 8-rd moon clip for this gadget, so you can reload it reasonably quickly [which you'll need to do every 4 pulls of the trigger...]
That extra round will come in handy when shooting your dick off trying to get it out of your pocket.
What would a trigger guard cost, an extra dollar?
You must not of researched the gun before commenting. You need two fingers to fire it first off. Secondly the gun has a trigger safety on it. A full trigger guard would make the two finger trigger pull extremely difficult to access the trigger. The gun also comes with a holster. Thirdly, it does have a partial trigger guard on the firearm. You should never just throw a gun in your pocket without a holster. That's just a really stupid idea
First of all a trigger safety is not really a safety. It helps with dropping the gun to avoid accidental discharge but does not prevent an unintentional pull of the trigger which a manual lever safety does. Personally I would only carry a manual trigger unless I was a gangster or a cop.

I read just fine. They probably do it for safety reasons. I agree it isn't the best idea. But it helps make sure you don't shoot yourself. I am actually going to purchase one after its out for awhile. This company makes a 6 shot .25 acp with just one trigger that also fires two rounds per pull. Will most likely get that too. You can never have enough guns.
I'll agree that you can't have enough guns, but both of these seem to have really limited application. Given the two finger design, lack of available shots, and nonexistent barrel, these things are meant for real up close and personal, like Booth and Lincoln personal.
For my carry I'd rather have 8 attempts available for my target and be able to hit them at 25 yards, but you do you.
Don't believe the 6 shot 25ACP was ever put into production.

If you shoot your dick off w/ this thing, mama may need to cut the corners off your Triscuits before you hurt yourself.
Saw that later, but still, much point in omitting a trigger guard? I'd prefer it with a single finger trigger w/ a guard, but to each their own. Still looks like a snag o matic.

Fitz Colts, the S33 is just a take on that concept. Using a two finger trigger allows/calls for guard removal.
Don’t get me wrong I carry revolvers as a primary and own a dozen of them, but don’t believe the illusion that revolvers are somehow more reliable than semi-auto’s. Especially revolvers built by startup companies with no reputation or history of building a more complicated gun than a new flavor of Glock. Gimmick novelty gun that will be out of business in 5 years or less.
