I’m fine with $210 Mosins... but a tin of 7.62x54R shouldn’t cost as much as the gun. Glad I bought all my Milsurps and ammo when I did.
I’d rather see the ammo prices go down... 880 rd tins in a crate were $169
Great value at $99, not so much at $229.
Yup. I got mine for $125 at Big 5 a few years ago. From what I read about these, mine was excellent condition too. They're getting to the point where they aren't worth the money anymore. I'd spend the extra cash and get a Savage Axis, or Ruger American at this price.
Aren't all Mosin Nagants arsenal refinished? I know all of mine are.
Agreed. These prices are just sick. I laugh at anyone paying more than $150 for one. I find the idiots with the gaul to sell one at such a ridiculous markup even funnier. These ammo and gun prices get more absurd by the day. It will be corrected in time, but it won't be anytime soon. I've seen the various panic phases in and out over the years. I will pass and wait till these are $120 or lower again.
Have we reached "Peak Mosin" and prices starting to deflate..
OR..
Do people just not want to buy from sweaty Ben?
