People say you risk shooting yourself with how it releases. I have one and that's ridiculous. On every holster i have my index finger runs down in safe ready position along the pistol. You would have pretty dumb to lose control of your finger and have it curl into the trigger hard enough to pull it. At least on mine, it takes so little effort to press the release that i accidentally release it when practicing my draw just putting my hand on my gun, yet holds well and trust it won't fall or be snatched out

Keep in mind, those WC sights are a pretty penny, so if you prefer 'em over the rifle or bead sights, this is a good price.

For reference I got this with better EPT trigger and a far superior Magpul ACS stock for $149.

One may put it together a little cheaper than this. AIM 15" M-Lok hand guard $40 when on sale at Optics Planet, Anderson Upper on sale $30 (Primary Arms), Aero Upper Parts $15 on sale, rifle length gas tube and block on from inexpensive vendor $25, CH $10, flash hider $6. Total $276 if you enjoy deal shopping or have previously purchased components on sale and are not super focused on the best of components available. You also need to enjoy putting together your own uppers.
