I placed an order with PSA on 11/28 and still haven't received it. I emailed them a week before Christmas because it was suppose to be a gift and they finally sent me a tracking number that said ready for UPS pick up since 11/28. I email 2 more times over the next couple weeks and never heard back. Finally about a week and a half ago I get a response with an apology saying they would get it out as soon as possible. And he put in the email that he would "Give a reeducation on following up on emails to the person that was suppose to following up on my order. I could care less who messed it up. I just wanted my order and not excuses. It had been over 40 days since they charged me for it. Another week went by And I emailed them again and said i'll give it another week but that I have less than 2 weeks to call my credit card company for a chargeback if they can't send my order. The response I got yesterday was "Their is no need for this. If your refund doesn't post, just contact me, and I will ensure it is applied. My last order they shipped the wrong grain ammo after waiting for it for almost 3 weeks. Their response then was "well you can ship it back and we will refund you." Their customer service absolutely sucks lately. I live in SC so I can always travel a couple hours to a store if I need something they have a great sale on. But I'm done with them online. I have to pay tax on all their deals anyway so I'll just try to find price matches or better deals if possible. I know over the last couple years I've spent probably 5k with them online and in a couple of their stores. It really sucks cause you want to support a local company but I've had enough after this.
