This Ruger 10/22 Takedown Lite features a legendary action, a tried and true Ruger design, ensures consistent, and reliable performance. The easy takedown enables quick separation of the barrel from the action for ease of transportation and storage. There are $251, $451, and $499. I think they're trying to trick us.
The guy running the site must be on something! Well, I did get my tracking info for my Mossberg MVP from DeGuns and for my Ruger 10/22 from Grabagun today.

Yes, the match did go through...and quite quickly. Sold out.
Half price guns always sell out real fast, when the cancellations start coming in is when you know if it's real or not. I hope for those of you that bought the gun can get them, I have never had a half-price gun not get canceled though.
And, I get this email this morning:
"I sincerely Apologise for the pricing error on your order. There was a technical issue on the website that has now been resolved. If you are still interested in this firearm I can sell it to you at our cost for $445. I can also extend this offer to any firearm in stock. If there is anything we can do for you please let us know. Again I apologize for any inconvenience your payment has been refunded. 402-875-6500"
Do you really believe that their mark up on this gun is six dollars? The regular price is $451, they're going to give it to you at cost for $445. That's a lie if ever I heard one. They could make more money than that selling Mexican jumping beans. They're going to also be real sweet and charge you $30 for shipping, that's where the big money profit is at their store
De.guns has always been straight up. Offering any gun at cost seems like a good way to handle the inevitable human error.
Well that sucks. Since I didn't need a take-down, I bought a Ruger 10/22 on grabagun this morning. $245.48 shipped with 2 extra 25 round mags. I did buy that Mossberg MVP Patrol Bolt Action 5.56 from them yesterday for a good price. I haven't received a cancel email yet today. They had at least 5 (and now still do) in stock yesterday. So 5 people are going to be pissed this morning. I don't think a take-down Ruger is worth twice the price.
Hate to say it, but I told you so. The only half price guns I've ever gotten were from Cabela's. I did get a nice axis ll, xp, hardwood 223 for $40 from them after all the rebates, gift cards and the apology credits.
Two ways of looking at potential deals like this (from reputable vendors). You can give it a try and maybe get lucky, or you take that time and post a comment on gun.deals and hope to later say "I hate to say it, but I told you so". I have gotten lucky before and glad I took a shot.
I watch the today's deals, all day, every day and I have never seen a half-price deal on a firearm, that didn't involve a rebate, that was real and not a mistake. There have been some very good deals and I have picked up probably 20 of them, but never a half-price firearm, except Cabela's, and that's only with putting together the gift cards etc. All of you that bought that gun knew in your hearts it was going to get canceled and that it was a mistake.
Yep. I have been looking for a Ruger for my wife for a few weeks. Almost considered this yesterday, but it is either lacking iron sites or they are not installed. So I saw them go from 5 in stock, to 2, to sold out yesterday within minutes. I looked all evening for the best price on a 10/22, and grabagun had it for $200.
Cabela's has a 1022 with a scope and a hard case and if you use the gift cards and went through active junky you can get for about $210. It's at the top of today's deals
Thanks. I never use those hard cases. I have 6-8 of them along with my other cardboard boxes in my garage loft. And I just bought a cheap $20 scope and scope mount on Amazon for it. I just hate Cabela's not shipping to your FFL. I have to wait till it gets to the store. Then another 2-8 days getting routed with freight toward that store. Grabagun has always been good to me. Just hate they charge you separate shipping for the gun and any extra magazines you buy, but ship everything together to your FFL. But since this is my third gun purchase from them, it must not bother me too much. My FFL will only charge me $20 for two rifles, and no tax through grabagun or Deguns.
