Description
Developed in conjunction with Navy Seal Team Sniper and Trainer, Charlie Melton, the X7 Tactix 1-8×28 has a First Focal Plane (FFP), illuminated reticle for a true one power magnification similar to a “red dot” type optic, where both eyes are open for quick target engagement in close-quarters combat. The tactical optic offers a distinct advantage once the magnification is increased, giving the ability to accurately engage targets and range estimate in every conceivable tactical situation.

Any direction toward the throw levers you mentioned?
I went with this one. https://www.mkmachining.com/product/riton-optics-throw-levers/#throw-lever-model...
Riton Optics Mod 7 from Mk Machining is where I got mine
I made the mistake of giving Riton a chance last year. Got a 1-6 LPVO illumination barely worked on the highest setting in the dark, glass was crap. I called customer service for the supposedly awesome warranty and they basically laughed at me-never again will I use them.
Thank you for your comment... I've been wondering about them for a while.. I did get the 4x32 scope.... Turrets are crapola. BUT. I find the glass to be PHENOMENAL.. especially for a $50 scope (200msrp). It really is awesome, especially for low light. That probably has something to do with it being a fixed Power scope. Maybe
I bought this when it was at $499.00. I have been very pleased with it. My illumination works just fine, the glass is on par with a Vortex Viper, maybe even clearer. The glass is made in Japan. There are a few things that could be seen as negative depending on what you plan to use this for. It is 34mm so rings that fit can be a challenge. It is heavier than most other LPVO's due to its sturdy construction. The magnification turret is stiff and Riton does not make a throw lever for it. However, there are aftermarket companies that do, and they run $20-$30. Finally, the sight box is smaller than other LPVO's I have used. You have to be directly behind the optic, or the black shading takes over your sight picture. Overall, for the money I think it's a great optic, and I am very happy with my purchase.
