Functional but beat to shit. You can buy new Rem 870’s for under $300.

Not the police model. There are differences between express and police and it’s not just the finish. In saying that i wouldn’t buy used the reviews aren’t good
Minimal differences. You can swap in the non-MIM parts on a new 870 easily and for a nominal cost.
