Thar she blows, it's a aac-sd available in 308 and 6.5.
I don't see it listed whether it being 5R or not, just twist rates and they would mention if it was 5R since it's a selling point.
Just follow the stock number at eurooptic, easy peasy.
They have updated this ad. It no longer says police barrel and is correct. I am tempted to buy one and have it trued/blueprinted.
Prior to them updating the ad I contacted EO by email and they replied saying this:
"This is a heavy contour, but it is not 5r
Thanks,"
Get a jewell trigger...don't mess with timney or whatever, jewell is the only one to use on a 700.
Go to PT&G (pacific tool and gauge) and get the upgraded firing pin/spring/bolt cover setup...get the bottom metal or mag kit while you're there.
Make sure whoever cuts your barrel and receiver puts in a good recoil lug and PINS it. A truly good gunsmith would put an oversize bolt in after cutting the races for no slop smooth cycling.
stockysstocks for the stick. don't skimp on glass....you'll need at least 20x on the high end to be able to see out there.
Why is there MN tax when they are out if PA? Bs
It’s a old .308 stock that I hv laying around . Sitting in the safe
It should fit fine. The 700 pattern hasn't changed.
Says police barreled action here, but it doesn't say that anywhere on the product description page. There is a .308 version of this that specifies police barrel though. This is an important distinction because the police barrel is a bull barrel and has 5R rifling.
