The short action Model 700-CP will be initially offered in 300 Blackout, .223 Remington, .308 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor and will come with 10 Round mags for each.

For what it’s worth, CDNN has a 16” 300 Blackout barrel that could work pretty well with this setup for $99. Have it cut down to around 10-12”, rethreaded for a suppressor, and installed, and this would be a pretty slick hunting rig. Granted, now you’re talking $1100+ when all is said and done...

I'm curious if that barrel has enough meat/diameter where you would cut it to be able to thread it still. It looks like it flares out at end to have enough room for threaded end and cap. Would be a pretty cool little cheaper alternative to the q mini fix
The barrel is already threaded and covered with a thread protecting cap.
Yes but the original comment was talking about cutting it down to 10-12" in length and then having it rethreaded to take advantage of a shorter barrel on a pistol platform.

Didn't Trump almost die from this "fake ass virus?" The White House has a state of the art medical facility, a team of doctors and nurses on standby, etc yet he had to be taken (we can only assume against his wishes) to Walter Reed for emergency treatment. Not only that but Trump was given drugs that are reserved for people as a last resort due to the complications / side effects they cause.
