Just a heads up--the company that handles Remington's rebates is awful. I did one of their ammo rebates earlier this year for $200. First the rebate never arrived even 6 weeks after the predicted date. Called them and they said they would need to do an "investigation" that would take up to two weeks and then they would re-issue the check (they cant just cancel the "lost" check and send a new one?), and also that the rebate is actually two seperate ones that process seperately for a $100 check each, and to expect the second check to come even several more weeks after the first. Finally received the first check, months after I was supposed to--but another month passes and they still haven't sent the second, so I call again and they tell me that their system shows that the second check was mailed and subsequently cashed....almost a month before the first time I even called them to say that I hadn't received either check (???). I have no record of receiving this check and my bank has no record of it being deposited, but what do you know, their "system" says its been cashed (despite not being able to show what bank account it was even cashed to), so there is nothing they can do.
