These shoot great in my Marlin 795. MUCH better than Federal or Win bulk. Guess I'm just lucky

People buy this junk then complain that their gun doesn't work.

"Crappy" is subjective. I believe Winchester .22lr is crappy for me, in MY opinion, but it works for some. For me, golden bullets are pretty accurate. For me, round nose gb's work better but don't come in 525's or 1,400's. Yes, putting them in a bucket is quite dumb, in MY opinion. They should bubble wrap each round individually and put an ant sized bow on each one so I can feel special about my purchase. Ultimately this bow will add .01¢ to each round but they sure would look pretty.
P.S. Canadian Jim Carrey is a total ass clown, in MY opinion. 'Murica!

This is very crappy ammo. Dirty and inaccurate in my guns. Also, expect about 50+ of those rounds to be severly dented or smashed. Remington builds this ammo with the care and precision of a Jim Carrey film.

.22 = no fun

Again my gripe about the down/up votes reset. The votes from 2013 make it appear like this is a crappy deal only because the price was so high. Now down to 6.4 cents per round, but still shows 15 down votes to 22 up. That is not a good indication of how much of a "deal" this is in 2017 using 2013 votes.

.22 seems to be one of the few calibers still affected by the 2012-13 panic. I bought Federal Bulk box for $79.99, 2100 rounds from Cabelas and it came in metal .50 Cal. December 11th, 2012...days before SH.

$0.038 cents a round, people. And that was "regular" price.

Stop buying this crap. Until you do, we'll continue paying more.

I am still waiting for the Ice Cream and Orange juice to go back to half gallon instead of 59 ounces. The new trend soon will be cutting the ammo count boxes down and charging you the same price.

I got mine and it shipped today. Great deal and my M&P15-22 will eat this ammo all day long without any issues.

worse idea of packing ammo ever, I just finished my backet and half of it was damaged and defective. Buy in normal boxes the same ammo, no need on this crap bucket!

C'mon guys...REALLY??? why are you paying 6.5 cents per round for this stuff?? It's not worth it. Academy sells these for 69.99. Don't get sucked in to the thrill of the buy.

They had the bucket and a 500 rd brick. Shipped to my house it came to 138 and change. No tax since I am in Florida. so about 7.5 cents a round if my math is correct. But I deleted the cart and passed this time. There is something about paying 0 one day, 5 the next, and 14.50 when they finally have a decent sale that rankled me. If I didn't have around 20,000 rounds bought over the past two years I would have jumped though :)

They set the price in just a way that they guarantee you will pay over 0.10 a round shipped unless you add a $10+ item to qualify for free shipping. Typical Cabelas.

just got another email from gun.deals with this ad for cabelas selling the bucket. but guess what...they don't have any and the price with shipping makes it almost .09 a shot. No thanks Cabela's is full of crap.

This is the crappiest ammo I have ever used. 1 in 5 rounds are bent and 1 in 4 don't chamber correctly.. You end up spending more time im jamming your firearm than you do shooting it

I Have Shot 7- 525 round Bricks this past 2 years and not one F.T.F F.T.E. F.T.F. This is cheap ammo, Good for paper targets . Just dirty . No big deal . I just clean my guns after the Range Day. I missed this deal . It was posted to early . But my stock is not to bad .

Maybe my issue was just firing the bucket ammo.. Perhaps with the loose rounds traveling around are affecting them.. I'll have to try a brick and see if my results are any better

That could be. there is more space in the bucket . also you could of got a bad batch. watched a video of someone just opening this bucket after he bought it and the casings were tarnished looked like it was stored in a damp place .

I'm calling BS. I ordered one of these buckets on 6/17. First it was "In stock-Approx delivery Wed 6/26". Then it became "Backorder-Tentative arrival to Cabelas 06/30/13". And today it changed again to "Backorder-Tentative arrival to Cabelas 08/30/13".

Some of the most inconsistent garbage I ever put through my guns, this and "Thunderbolt"...

Is it like that for everyone? I dunno, just my experience.

I could get more bang out of a Catholic Nun than this bucket-a-duds.

Looks like it says "New and Improved" on the side of the bucket.

God I fucking hope so.

You are an idiot Sir. Why do you feel a need to cuss and downgrade the Catholic faith?

I don't exactly get a fuzzy feeling when I see the latest in the string of hundreds of Aim4Pigs' posts bitching about pricing (too high), gouging (everyone is guilty), crappy product (except for the near-nuclear flashlight he bought for his mom, his Otis cleaning kit, and a few AR parts, he seems to have some bad experiences), and how we're all evil conspirators keeping firearms and ammo pricing high because we buy it when we want it instead of boycotting the industry to cause a price drop back to 1960. I don't know him so I won't speculate on his intelligence... although his use of "tits" as an adjective for all things cool speak to an origin possibly south of the Mason-Dixon line.

However, I will defend his right to say any damn thing he wants. It's still kinda a free country after all. And yes, Warthog, you have the right to tell him what you think of it too. But really... whining about his use of profane language on an online gun site? This isn't the Boy Scout forums or Christian Life Today. While it doesn't make our society shine, you'll find the same language on every loosely moderated forum and comment section on every site on the internet. Deal with it.

As for his Catholic nun joke... it's called freedom of speech. If it doesn't bother him to tell the joke, why should it bother you? Maybe you should feel all warm and fuzzy knowing that he'll burn in the deepest pit of Hell for his blasphemous nature. For people who tell jokes, religious jokes related to religions and denominations for which they don't belong are pretty much par for the course. How many jokes do you hear about Muslims and the virgins they expect to be waiting when they die? Chill dude. Otherwise you'll find yourself in a tower with a rifle someday screaming about how the monkeys are coming for ya. :o)

I have a buckle of it that I'm actually afraid to try out on my M&P22. From what I've read, I'm probably not going to until I'm really desperate (a long way from that).

I have noticed that they do "look" a whole lot better if you take a damp cloth and clean the ammo (extremely labor intensive though). The difference is drastic between the clean and uncleaned ammo. They're not CC Mini mag clean but definitely a lot better looking. It's like they never bothered to put the ammo through a buffing cycle (probably to save money) after they're made, they're really dirty when you get them.

My Remington 597 hates this junk and Thunderbolts.

Fires Winchester 555's, Federal, and Winchester M-22 without a hiccup though
