The T-7 Turret Press features a seven station turret head, cast iron construction, and powerful compound linkage. Its rear casting supports a rock solid turret for precise alignment. The T-7 incorporates a one inch diameter ram and accepts 7/8 inch to fourteen inch threaded dies, including the longer Competition dies. Additional interchangeable turret heads may be purchased. $250 is the cheapest I’ve seen it with free shipping. Brownells is putting the hurt on Midway. Haven’t ordered from Midway in years.

Midway has better prices sometimes. I go to Brownells over Midway about 2 to 1... If your not going to the cheapest guy with best codes... your wealthy or lazy.

I bought mine for $199 when they first came out, have loaded pistol caliber to 300 win mag no prob. Love it. I have yet to find anyone complain about their T7. For the amount of shooting I do a progressive press just isn't needed.

Yes, not a progressive, but a really really good press. This is what I use and it is rock solid.

I am looking into reloading (mainly .223/5.56) would this T-7 turret press be a good place to start? I am not looking to crank out 1000 rounds a day or anything like that. However, I would like to aquire new skills and a hobby that keeps me busy.

This press would be exceeding your expectations! Redding is known as precision reloading equipment in reloading world. As a beginner you can always start with Lee Turret press, thats what i started with on my 9mm and 308
