received it today, it's a 20/20N, which is for sub G26/27, I bot it for a friend, but I will have to keep it now since he only got G17/19.
I bot a 20/20 for my G19 two years now, kind of like it, compact size and makes me shoot accurately.

From what I've read, the 20/20N will fit your friend's G17 or G19 just fine. A new/desirable aspect of the new "N" model is that it also works with a G26 and G27. Another is that it also fits older generations that lack a rail.

As long as you don't shoulder the thing and grab it my the mag holder in front of the ATF agent - there should be no issues unless these guys reclassify whole thing in the future.

The BATFE has not classified any of the Recover Stabilizer Kits however they may, at some future time, classify it such that it becomes governed or regulated by the NFA or other applicable federal law. BUYER expressly agrees not to violate any U.S. law and to comply with all National Firearms Act provisions and BATFE regulations when installing or using RECOVER products.
The Recover Stabilizer Kits in brace configuration are designed to be used only as an arm brace and is not designed, nor should it, under any circumstance, be used, as a stock or to discharge a firearm from the shoulder. By purchasing of the Recover Stabilizer Kits, BUYER specifically acknowledges that he has familiarized himself with current BATFE regulations governing a “short-barreled rifle” and “any other weapon” (both as defined in the NFA) and BUYER does not intend to use any of the Recover Stabilizer Kits in a manner that is inconsistent with those BATFE regulations.

I bought one before.
The Pull of Length is longer than 13.5 inches.
If you decide to SBR it, buy the Stock version instead.
If you don't want to SBR it, maybe avoid this. IMO

If you get one make sure you also get a mag holder, it is very convenient. I like top optic mount as well

I read a review somewhere about the mag holder being too tight. I hope they fixed that. Are you using factory Glock magazines?

I have used a few different mags, OEM, Magpul, cheap something else - all seemed to hold fine in the mag holder, not too tight or loose.
