I've ordered a few times from them and have never had a problem

People that order from them know not to even bother watching progres and it will come when it comes. Customer service has went to crap especially in last few years. I understand business. They make profit by moving a lot of product at low price. Keep overhead down by employing fewer people to send product out for one. I'm sure they build rifles in house to order so they wait till have so many orders to justify setting up to assemble that paticular product. I've order a lot of firearms from them and just come to realize it will come when it comes. I'm sure with fluctuating gun sales they try to keep staff all employed at all times. They don't want to hire more people when sales are up just to have to get rid of them in couple of months when things slow down. Slower processing times is only way we can get such great products at a great price. Just business. Unfortunately customer service is one place we have to suffer also. It's not getting problem resolved that's the issue it's getting ahold of someone to resolve the issue. Just my thoughts. It's business. If u can't wait go to somewhere else and pay higher price just because you choose to deal with other places that have more staff and less in house production. Me personally I don't care to wait but I have many guns. I'm not the customer that is ordering for first time and needs something tomorrow. Sorry for the whole story of why I think it takes so long. Keep up the great prices and hope someone from psa reads this or a customer and it helps them understand some of the issues and why they r the way they r.
