Placed an order for one of these on Jan 1 2020 item listed as in stock. 10 days later still arguing with PSA over my FFL's address which is ON FILE with PSA. Customer service trying to tell me item has been shipped. UPS tracking shows only "label created".
Have been pleased with an upper I bought a few months back but it seems they have serious issues with communication and record keeping. I can understand why people are afraid to buy with a CC from them due to known data breaches. Myself I used a gift card to separate this purchase from my actual financial account.
