You'd thing people would start to notice that it's been that way for months. Not that a fucking pandemic or goddamn civil unrest would have anything to do with it.....

The company I work for has seen a huge uptick in sales so we did this really radical thing called "hire more people". There's really no excuse for PSA's shitty customer service.

That's an easy thing to do in most retail positions, not as easy when you need people well versed in firearms with squeaky clean backgrounds. Especially in bufu SC. Find more armorers? Maybe, but there's probably not a giant hiring pool in Columbia, and I doubt they're going to pay to train them. Package boys for products not in stock? Yeah probably not hiring for that either. I personally always thought their cs kinda sucked, so it's not something I expected them to invest in.

Its not that you can’t find people with gun knowledge or clean backgrounds. Its that PSA pays its customer service around $10 an hour. You make more at the local warehouse jobs and chik-fil-a without having to deal with rude customers who are mad because the 37th stripped lower they bought wasn’t as cheap as it was pre-covid and didn’t get shipped overnight.

That certainly may be the case, but many manufacturers have stated that they are unwilling to invest because of the drop off that they saw after the 2016 election cycle. It doesn't do them much good to hire in CS if all they're going to be able to do is tell them that whatever they want is still backordered.
