These are GTG. Buy all you can before Brandon bans it and everything else. I just got a 100 pack. Quality is fantastic. When the ban does happen you all will be begging me for BCGs!

I am sad to say, that PSA will sale out these inflated priced BCGs in no time. I would like to know who is buying them, and why?? Sane people aren't shooting, due to the ammo shortage, so nothing should be breaking, or wearing out. Do they not know that they can still find some repair parts, and kits for a fraction of the cost?

New builds?

Also there are plenty of folks shooting at my clubs. I hate to see it happen but a year or so from now we might be saying we wish we bought at today’s prices.

Haha - as posted in another listing, I bought 5 No-Logo version at $69.99 in November 2016. At $164.99 as of January 2021, it offers higher return than my S&P ETF.

HERE ARE SOME FACTS YOU NEED TO KNOW. According to the price history chart, ( just above this comment section ), This BCG's price has not exceeded $69.99 for the last two years, now it has jumped almost 64% to $109.99. In recent weeks PSA has raised their prices on their AR-15 rifles, complete lower receivers, BCGs, and other high demand items by 50%, or more. I suggest two ways we can voice our disapproval of their price gouging. First, call, or send them an email. The second is to shop elsewhere.

Their BCGs are Truecraft rebrands, so I'd say Truecraft raised thier prices and you should send your gripes to them! When prices dropped dramatically on ARs 2+ years ago, did you send them "thank you" emails and/or extra cash!? Welcome to Capatalism driven by supply and demand!

I would like to thank you for welcoming me to Capatalism, but I don't know what Capatalism means. I did take economics in college about fifty years ago, and we talked a great deal about "Capitalism", but I don't remember Capatalism ever being mentioned. Today, I was going to take your advice, and contact Truecraft ,and give them an ass-chewing they would never forget, but there was one problem. No such company has ever made BCGs. I've actually known for years that ToolCraft provides most of PSA's BCGs.
Son, I'm an old man, and I'm entitle to my opinion, and I could not care less if you like it ,or not.

I think one of the fundamental things about capitalism that you are missing is that in tightened supply markets vendors have to raise prices in order maintain survival income levels. If a company maximizes profit by selling X amount of product at price Y, then it only makes sense that they would double the price with they only have half the amount of product. It is the sellers advantage side of a profitability curve. What we have been seeing is a continuation of short supply across the board for a sustained period of time, which has caused a ripple effect on products that might have been excluded. While there are small pockets of products at normal or near normal transaction rates they tend to be short lived, and rarely restock, see joebob below. Therefore, simply "buying from other vendors" is not a tactile solution for most. I've continuously ask people for links to better prices when they're complaining about "gouging" and there are different types of responses; nothing, indicating that they don't have one; insults on my intelligence, also indicating that they don't have one; and links to out of stock products, indicating that there is little in the way of surplus. If you think psa's bad, gunbroker's fucking bonkers right now.

A duck is a duck, and price gouging is price gouging $629.99 for 1000 rounds of American Eagle .223 55gr excluding tax, and shipping. https://palmettostatearmory.com/american-eagle-223-55gr-fmjbt-ammunition-1000rds-ae223bk.html...

Jesus, what do you people not understand about supply and demand. That's roughly the going price for anyone that has stock and is shipping. There are a few vendors that are advertising pick up in the mid to upper $400, but you're lucky if you live close to one. Those that are taking backorders for shipping are projecting months ahead for delivery, and I'd expect and infinite extension on that projection, if not order cancellation within weeks. There is limited supply currently available to ship and still a high national demand. The only economic solution is for one of those situations to change. It doesn't matter how much you cry to psa.

Here is a link to a Nickel-Boron/Carpenter C158 BCG for $89.98 plus $5.99 shipping. There are slightly over 200 in-stock. https://botach.com/battle-steel-complete-bolt-carrier-group-electroless-nickel-boron/...

Nope, they just aren't selling them online.
You can walk in and buy one right now.
Same with ammo, no online sales for the time being.
Keeps the commiefornia hands off the shit and saves it for the locals.
Maybe I'll stop by today and take some pics.

You can stop rubbing it in our faces that you lgs is joe bob. I love my guy, but he's no joe.

It's great that they're holding on to stuff at old prices for the locals, but it's a sure market indicator for lack of surplus that they're ditching online sales.

Look again, Hot-shot. I think he was referring to Botach, and Vegas.

Uhh, wtf are you talking about. Jb's and Botach's base bcg's are still sold out, and the cheapest one either has online is $150. I'm not sure what Vegas has to do with anything.

2+2, Botach is in Vegas + Thorax said they were only selling to locals, and that might go by the store, = Thorax lives in the Vegas area.

Be wary of the new PSA. It's getting pretty risky and somewhat of a crap shoot to order from them. Shipping times are weeks upon weeks, quality control is becoming far less important, customer service is becoming non existent. People are calling just to be told by an automated system that there are technical difficulties and they wont answer phones for days and when they do it can take 30-60 minutes of being in a queue to get through, Then ask a hard question, they hang up on you or flat out lie to you about whatever they take a fancy to that day. If you run into a problem with your order you will have a nightmare getting a hold of customer service and finally getting an RMA and then the new waiting game begins, waiting on them to actually ship out a replacement. Every company has QC issues on occasion, its how they handle this that makes or breaks a company. Can you get through to customer service to get a warranty return? Will they ship it quickly? Are they honest and helpful? PSA is failing all of the above currently.

People are being banned from their FB page for simple things like asking why the phone systems are down to commenting on the numerous problems they are having with shipping times or customer service concerns, people are reporting that they are being banned and having their orders cancelled for leaving negative reviews etc, the negatives are far outweighing the positives for weeks now in spite of the censorship.

I still have a little bit of hope for PSA to recover but its rapidly waning the longer this fiasco continues because in spite of the shipping / QC / warranty issues that are becoming far to common they have some good people in their CS dept that once you get a hold of them are knowledgeable and helpful. they just have their hands tied by a shipping dept that is out to lunch. I just don't know if management cares enough to look at how their company is suiciding or if they even care. They don't have sales, they just add a daily special tag to random items that were already shipping for free or at that current price and swap them around. The only recent price changes was them adding up to or more than $5 each to various mags to ship to Commifornia during their panic buy week. You definitely don't want to buy anything from them you absolutely need in the next 3-4 weeks.

5 months later and I am now dealing with the same issues. I waited 4 weeks for some sights and a trigger control group. I am still waiting over ten weeks for a lower and customer service has been no help!!!!!

I have both and my combat armory was used in a Christmas build for my father. Well let’s just say he is now using my spare PSA because the combat armory bolt came with a bent firing pin. PSA is running like a champ

I bought (5) of these at this price and they were all PERFECT. IVE NEVER seen such insanely cheap prices on such great merchandise, i shoot a lot too (mostly not PSA rifles...a few that I built myself with Geissele super gas blocks a jig, pinned and drilled,so,that I know that gas tube and gas block won’t pop off when stress is applied to,the rifles. I shoot primarily LMT, Knights Armament (which requires a different bolt), BCM, and Daniel They are all excellent, top tier rifles and I just occasionally will use a PSA bolt to see how well, they do under stress either in, PSA BUILDS or my other non piston rifles....so far during rapid rifle I’ve never seen a bolt crack or sheer. What’s funny is these bolts LOOK IDENTICAL to my BCM Bolts which I thought was SHOCKING. Maybe my bcm bolts were from toolcraft that batch but I am telling you, these bolts are sharp, crisp, no,chatter or tool, marks. they look like professional tier one bolts.....for,the price it’s a just a win for us all!!!

A number of years ago, I came across a post that said, PSA Premium BCGs, and BCM BCGs are identical, except for the labeling. It stated they are made by the same OEM contractor, in the same plant, and are milled, assembled, and inspected to the same standards by the same workers. The only difference is PSA only requires them to test fire one out of 20 BCGs, but BCM requires every BCG test fired. More recently I have come across info that indicates Toolcraft, who to my best knowledge did not do retail production at that time, were the OEM contactor the post had referred to. I am not 100% sure my statement is totally correct, but over a period of several years, I have seen nothing that would indicate it isn't. Please let me know if you have fact based info that will support, or contradict what I have written.

Love their prices, but the shipping times suck BAWLS! Ordered Black label 500rnds of 9mm on 11/16 and it still hasn't shipped. Bought 2 Toolcraft NiB BCG on 11/20 and didn't ship until 11/26. Order way before x-mas if you buy anything as a gift!

Ordered on 11/20, Label Created11/24/2018, Shipped 11/26/2018 &.Delivered12/03/2018 at 10:20 A.M. Took a week to ship, ok with actual shipping time since on opposite coast, but 6 days to ship is ridiculous! Still like prices and quality but lead times should be stated. Got (2) Toolcraft Logo'd Premium 5.56 Nickel Boron BCG's for $79.99 ea shipped so worth the wait.

That’s just awesome dude. I never knew how good these PSA boltsmwere until earlier this year. I used to spend close to (2) Benjamin’s with shipping for my BCM marked boltsmand i own a number of those. These bolts are just fantastic. I. So,happy I discovered this place....

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and if you like Combat Armory's bargain BCGs I'm happy for you. They may be the best thing since the invention of flush toilets. Time will be the judge that determines if your Combat Armory BCGs will earn a loyal customer base, and a good reputation of high quality and good performance.Until then, I'll be buying affordable BCGs that have already earned that respect. Right now Tool Craft, PSA, and Brownells are all good BCGs at affordable, and competitive prices. Maybe Combat Armory will succeed and join the club, or will they be just another want to be. We will see?

At $60.00 w/ free shipping this is an insanely good deal. These BCG's are just as good as the $150+ "high end" BCG's.

I started using these several years ago when they were running $119 on sale, and they been my "Go To" BCG ever since. Rock solid, trouble free performance round after round, year after year, they have greatly exceeded any expectation I had when I bought that first one. Pick one up. Down the road you will be glad you did.

Toolcraft makes PSA's bcgs. Why do you think they also sell Toolcraft bcgs? And why do you think that the only place you can get a nickel boron Toolcraft bcg with their logo is on PSA's site? As Lpman59 stated, Toolcraft confirms this on their site and if you ask PSA they will tell you Toolcraft makes their bcgs.

He was insinuating that it's a good deal since toolcraft ALSO makes bcgs for higher end brands

does “Combat armory manufacture BCGS for the military? No
Are they better?
That depends on who u ask. I would preferably have a system that has been manufactured for the military Because god knows if anyone breaks shit we will....
My BCM and my PSA BOLTS are identical. That’s what’s so crazy.
