Barrel: 16" 416R stainless steel, chambered in 5.56 NATO, with a 1/7 twist, M4 barrel extension, mid-length gas system, and a lightweight pencil profile. This barrel is finished off with an 0.625" diameter low profile gas block, PSA 13.5" Lightweight M-Lok free float rail and an A2 flash hider.
Upper: Forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper is machined to MIL-SPECS and hard coat anodized. These uppers are made for us right here in the USA by a mil-spec manufacturer.
Bolt Carrier Group: ToolCraft nickel boron BCG has a bolt made of mil-spec shot-peened Carpenter 158 steel. Gas key is secured with grade 8 fasteners and staked per mil-spec.

Pretty decent pricing on this upper. Take away the BCG & CH at ~$90, the MBUS sights at ~$50, and you’re left with a mostly complete stainless barrel mid-length upper for ~$130. Solid pricing. Wish I needed one.
This is the first thing I have bought from PSA. With the 416R SS barrel, ToolCraft NiB BCG, free float, and magpul sights it seemed totally worth trying for 359.99 shipped (no tax here).
The finish is fine. The forward assist and dust cover were kind of scratched up, and there were a couple small nicks on the hand guard but I'll be adding more of my own soon so it's not a big deal to me.
The BCG is supposed to be ToolCraft but it is not logo'd so I can't tell for sure. It's definitely NiB though.
