I am quite sure if the dates were different so would have been my experiences. Guess that makes me half the badass you obviously are....sorry for not living up to your standards :(

Thats a very ignorant statement. Never underestimate the lethality of a knife... Additionally, you comment on a large number of post that I look at as well. Usually with some trolling remarks. Not that I care what you do/say, I was simply supporting J10's comment that you were trolling.
My wide brushed comment about avoiding knife fighting was obviously in jest....or so I thought. Guess you missed sarcasm 101. I have never been in a knife or gun fight but I can assure you I will avoid being stabbed, up to the point of using a gun, if at all possible, in the unlikely event the situation arises. I do know that in such an unfortunate circumstance that the risk to personal injury is very possible. My concealed carry gun is to minimize the risk of an unprovoked attack being successful but does not magically erase potential dangers.

Just to ask. If you were in the army why didn't you learn close combat, and learn that guns don't always work?
I did learn close combat (I have never been IN COMBAT....there is a difference there) and I know guns are mechanical devices capable of failing. Where did you see me state otherwise? Are you seriously suggesting I should wear these things just in case a gun malfunctions due to the fact I have a DD214? Which military branch issues these things again?!? Items like these cut resistant sleeves are actually very helpful for people who work with metal, meat cutters, people who install barbed wire and so on. These exact ones on the other hand are completely useless per the reviews because of the fact the wire inside of them protrudes and can cause cuts themselves. Either was this is NOT GUN RELATED AT ALL.
Just to ask, what are you going to do if someone stabs you in the body, chest, face, neck, back, etc?
Neat concept but the Amazon reviews say it can do more harm than good due to poor construction. I guess the wires can poke the wearer long before they stop the poking else-wise.
