So, nothing is bullet proof, but this is definitely not bullet resistant. It is PVC. Definitely no armor.
Is it really bullet proof? People always shoot mine when I put them up on their land this would help
I assume by "bullet proof" they are trying to say "completely reliable" -- but if you read reviews of this, it doesn't qualify for that definition either. Why do you think it's only $30?
