Looking to do an offset 33/45 degree an SR 25 clone. What offset mount did you use?
used this one to get a true 45 degree offset: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003UU9KGC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1...
Not thrilled about the DR mount, but it doesn't really matter to me. I mounted it on my Ruger MK4 via the picatinny rail mount (that is included). So far I am impressed and happy with it.
Glad to hear it is decent . Albeit mount is lame but seems as though PA optics are pretty good. Been waiting for a gen2 cyclops. Doesn’t seem to ever go on sale. No I won’t waste time with optics planet
Really PA, u and all ur fancy sights u go with a DR Mount?! Come on Shelly?!? At least rmsc/rmr. Ur better than that.
I went to their website to purchase one, BUT then I saw the DR mount and backed out. Why on earth would they use a DR instead an RMR.
Good lord, that IS terrible, I'll ask PA and see what they say. I'd like to think there's a good explanation for that choice, but I can't even think of what a good one would be... I mean, I don't even know what plate I'd need...
If you're going to put it on a rail, this thing is pretty great. I wanted an offset on my rifle and this has done the job very well for 300 rounds so far. Comes with a shroud and plates for once.
