The Gold Series™ rifle scopes redefine what can be accomplished when the latest optics technology is applied to meet the shooting challenges faced in real world situations.  New for this line is our patent pending ZLock™ and ZStop™ turrets, AutoLive motion sensing reticle illumination, and our hardened steel-on-steel adjustment system. The fantastically clear, low dispersion glass makes sure the optical system will impress even the harshest critics.
The GLx4 2.5-10x24 has a 4x magnification range, offering better close-range field of view and speed than a traditional 3-9x scope, but improved medium-to-long range precision as well. For hunting, competition, or even just punching paper at the range, the combination of quality, features, and of course our Advanced Combined Sighting System (ACSS®) reticles is hard to beat.

Each movement of the turret will provide a crisp, audible, and tactile 0.1 MIL click that will never wear out thanks to the tough steel-on-steel construction! Externally, these turrets feature our patent pending ZLock and ZStop systems, ensuring that once your zero is set you won't have to worry about bumps or the environment making unintended changes to your turrets. The ZStop feature allows shooters to rapidly return to their elevation to 'Zero' after dialing out for long-range engagements without having to keep track of the adjustments you made to get out there in the first place. Not sure where you left your elevation the last time you were at the range? Not only can you simply return your scope to your set Zero, the elevation turret features elevation rotation indicators to get you back on track at a glance.
The GLx4 is also home to one of our newest features. Our smooth magnification ring hosts an innovative swappable adjustment fin. The fin can be easily positioned anywhere around the magnification ring to meet the needs of the shooter. Optional upgrades and alternatives are on the way as well, allowing users to customize their scope to meet their needs.
This 2.5-10x44mm GLx4 scope is equipped with the first focal plane ACSS Griffin MIL reticle. This incredible, all-in-one reticle features an eye-catching horseshoe that functions just like a red dot at low magnifications, allowing for unsurpassed close quarters engagement speed. The automatic ranging system gives easy estimation on targets out to 600 yards. At 10x, the full features of the reticle come to life, offering moving target leads and a MIL-dot matrix that allows for precise shots at extended ranges with any caliber.

If PA actually considered having a decent scope made for them.....they might be worth buying one to try.
Say hello to chinese junk with a focus on catch phrases for the purpose of deceiving the unknowing buyer.
Z lock, Z stop, ACSS-griffin-mil (WTF?) reticle....etc etc ad nauseum.
So they ripped off a gawd awful horus reticle and made it even more annoying.

Folks, if you can't see it, you can't hit it....
Thanks to this fine reticle design you probably won't be able to see a bull moose at 30 paces.

PA, stop with all the fluff.
Make a quality product at a reasonable price and back it with solid service and people will buy it.
This gawd awful attempt to put shit in the way of your vision detracts, it does not help to hit anything.
A simple mil-dot reticle has been proven time and time again.....hell a straight up crosshair is enough.

No. Your comment perfectly merited such response. "don't need no new fangled dangled commie bullet hash lines for my thirty oh six. Good ol cross hair is all you need to shoot that white tail in the clover patch 40 yards behind my house." just because you don't know how to calculate bullet drop does mean it's bad. Just means you're old.

As a rule you can find Primary Arms brand products cheaper at Optics Planet than at Primary Arms, and the WORK7 coupon is an extra 5% bonus. In regards to this scope P.A. has built a solid record with their scopes, and this should be no exception, but time has taught to hold off on new products, and wait for some reviews to be posted. It also gives me the opportunity to take advantage of sales, price drops, and coupons while more information is coming available. Just take your time, and see what develops, It's better than paying to be a lab monkey.
