Following on the heels of the successful PA1-6X24SFP-ACSS-5.56 Gen III scope, Primary Arms installed the K.I.S.S. reticle in the same proven scope body for shooters who want ultimate speed at close to medium range and may not need the bullet drop compensation and other advanced features of the patented ACSS® reticles.
The large chevron is illuminated in red by a single (included) CR2032 battery, and a spare battery is included inside the windage turret cap. The black stadia lines drawing the eye to the chevron are not illuminated, to minimize distraction during stressful low light shooting situations. A total of 11 settings take the reticle all the way up to daylight bright. A quick-adjust ocular keeps the etched reticle crisp and black when illumination is off. All lenses are fully multicoated for maximum light transmission, and the 6063 aluminum body is Type II hard anodized in matte black for superior durability and scratch resistance.
