I wish they'd use these unhinged triggers in the M2.0 line.
They do, also they’re optics ready. Check S&W website
Thanks - I missed, was looking at 9mm models with a safety (FUDD life)
Hey i only knew because I too have been interested. This one here looks MIGHTY fine

This S&W interests me more than the other 5.7 handguns currently on the market

The 5.7 was my first ever handgun, long time user. One thing I never understood was the threaded barrel on this caliber. Even a dedicated 5.7 suppressor which really who has one it ain’t the 90s, why bother? It’s so load and burns so hot it’s honestly no quieter than a muzzle break. Like just save your cash and get a standard barrel. I promise Splinter Cell lied, this gun is not physically able to be anything other than loud.
So, are you saying that putting a suppressor on an AR is a waste of time since, unsuppressed, they're not only louder than a 5.7 but faster, too, traveling @ 3,200 fps vs. 1,600 fps out of an FN or Ruger pistol?
Have people asked for this, just curious.
Yes? More availability and market competition for 5.7x28 pistols and ammo is something that people have been asking for a lot. Pretty much everyone over on the gun deals subreddit was happy to see this. It also has a really innovative design and a great price point.
Did anyone ask S&W to make their Equalizer after their CSX both which I doubt anyone wanted or needed? The 5.7 is a good but not great round, it weighs less than 9mm so you can carry more of it, it produces lower recoil and has a flatter trajectory. However, it's not more lethal than a 9mm and also a lot more expensive and harder to find. For the price of S&W's 5.7, I can think of several pistols also selling for $650 or less that I'd rather have.
Gun looks great. My only hesitation is that there won't be any solid holsters for a long time. God forbid a holster to accommodate any addons will exist within a year or two. Basically makes this gun a range princess
If Glock doesn't make a gun for it, how good could it really be?
