Mfr Part: HC9319B

After years of development, we are proud to introduce the Hellcat, the highest capacity micro compact 9mm in the world and the next generation of defensive pistol from Springfield Armory. The 3" barreled micro compact pistol features a class leading capacity of 11+1 with its patented magazine — 13+1 with the included extended mag — and is the result of years of painstaking development and engineering in addition to intensive collaboration with top engineers, shooters and self defense experts.

The Hellcat is offered in two models, the standard with the fixed U-Dot™ sight system and an OSP model ready to accept red dot sights. The Hellcat OSP features a removable seamless cover plate that allows direct mounting of a micro red dot to the slide for the lowest possible profile that co-witnesses the U-Dot sight system included on both pistols.
MPN#: HC9319B

The Springfield Hellcat is in our list for best concealed carry guns 2020.

If the grip is too short for some then insert the 13 round magazine. It’s a micro compact for a reason.

Not trying to argue, but the grip is too short for everyone. Look at the pics. Hell, your second finger barley fits. Put in the 13 rounder and it's just a big double-stack...which is fine, but I don't get the constant comparison to the 365. I'm currently carrying a 43x. Hides OWB under a t-shirt easily, gets a good full grip, easy to shoot and slim 10 rounds. Never thought I'd abandon my Shield, but the 43x is the same size as my Shield with the 8 round mag, and I get two extra.

It's a micro gun... I mean, what's so hard to understand about that? The entire point is to be extra small w/o loosing capacity. Plus it's 1" thick which is slightly slimmer than your G43x and it's about the same size as the Shield. With your 43x, you're carrying a larger gun with less capacity...

I know that your I.Q. is high enough to understand the purpose of the Hellcat and P365. I know that you aren't lazy enough to NOT have read the accual specs before whining about it's width when it's about the same width as the other guns you carried...

Wasn't this $460 before?

Let it come out and give it time to drop $100 to what it should cost. Then again, Glocks are over priced.

Very disappointed with Brownells as I thought they would've had inventory as soon as they were shipped by SA. I really thought it would take the smaller mom and pop shops a lot longer to get these in stock, but heck, my LGS has already had 3 or 4 come right thru. F- Brownells and their pre-order crap. I'm canceling and headed over to my LGS.

I see you've been a member here for 2.5 years. Did you see THE MESS they made of the P365 launch!? I like Brownells, but only a fool would get in on their pre-orders! You're smart to cancel.

Brownell's doesn't seem to care much about the bad press on firearm forums. I just got off the phone with CS asking about their 'Preorder' process. It's basically first in first out, however, they will not tell you your line position. If you are number 1002 and they only receive like 10 Hellcats every week, etc, you'd be looking at 3 months, but that assumes they receive weekly shipments AND you would know your place in line. Mentioned their competitors, Cabelas and Bud's Gun Shop, are more than happy to provide a line number if an item is listed as backorderable...didn't really care.

What a joke!!! Preordered almost a month ago, only to get a response when it came out that it was on backorder. Canceled my joke of a preorder last week. Brownells really craps up the place. Name definitely fits the company!!

You never know. I love my pps, shoot it as well as my ppq. I can’t believe they are so cheap now. If you can shoot it and it’s got that kind of capacity....

Preorder?? Never got that. Just post it when it's in stock. Hippies.

Yeah-yeah. 365 still gouging cases and snapping off striker tips?

Uh, no....

it's probably okay, but all this hype... wait a few months and save the $$$$

Buy a Shield for $249 all day from PSA and then buy some ammo with the $225 left. I’d rather have a good gun and lots of great ammo than a great gun and no ammo.

I have shield 9, p365, p938, G43 and I love shooting every one of them. I’m more accurate with the shield than the p365(maybe need to be broken in, only shot 250 rds)For conceal carry, I wouldn’t choose the shield over any of the other three guns I mention because of the weight. It’s roughly 3oz heavier than all three and if conceal carry all day, that extra 3oz can be uncomfortable.

I'm with you.

But it’s “new & innovative”....

The Shield is bigger, less concealable, and carries for more rounds.

Less?

Yes, less rounds... That was a typo

Shield is the best carry gun for the money and get the Magguts +1 spring kit, now you have 8 and 9 round magazines, very thin and compact pistol, but still adequate enough for self-defense.

I'd say more like the APX Carry.

Brownells put my preorder on hold. Was told they couldn't get authorization for my card. Wanted me to do a wire bank transfer. Ended up cancelling my order. Never had this happen with any other gun purchase.

Mopar should team up with Springfield and sell their respective Hellcats together.

Half the people with hellcats probably couldn't pass a NICS check.

Get a sig p365 SAS. Just about as much, better built ,and much more advanced.

The 365 is probably the cheapest garbage sig ever made.

Yeah because you’ve shot this and know anything about it. You’re a Sig fan boy that’s all.
