I ordered my I.O. Hellhound on 01.13.13 and immediately got a Receipt # (RTI-0002383), but that's it! I emailed just 2x for update (making sure I do not inundate them further with inquiries), and my FFL forwarded his info several times, but no response at all! No charge on my card yet, but that does not appease me. Sellers have the duty to inform Buyers' Order Status. I will not mind if it takes a month or 2 to ship, as long as I am informed! But not in this case...

So saying" you ever think about hiring some one to help her ?". That's telling him how to run his business? That is a question. I am not telling him any thing. Maybe not hiring some one would raise the cost, over time. Most business when they get behind hire temporary help. That way they don't work their employees to death, and keeps their customers happy. What do you suggest he do to solve the problem? Besides of course, working his employees to dead and paying more in over time. We see how well that's working.

Lets see, your saying that even though this is a company that primarily imports and manufactures ak-47s, which are at significant risk of being made illegal, they ought to be hiring?

You sir, are a nincompoop.

This is a place to find good deals, not name calling. Did you ever stop to think that getting them in to peoples hands before a possible ban would be a good thing. Did you not read the other comments? For the record is that Sir nincompoop, or just nincompoop. LOL

Temporary help is a common good business practice and good customer service.

IO Inc / Royal Tiger Imports - I just bought the AK-47 Wood Sporter from them and got it shipped in a couple weeks and I went to my FFL to pick it up this weekend. The rifle looked really nice, but had loose furniture and a scratched stock so I refused it at the FFL and they're sending it back.

Really a shame, it's a very nice looking AK-47. I did pay $850 for it though, so I expect it to at least have good furniture fit.

I sent Royal Tiger Imports a request on Saturday 26 January to fix the loose furniture, replace it, or refund it. I haven't heard back, and I tried email, web message and phone. It's only been 1 business day, so I'm not expecting an immediate response.

Lynne was very quick to respond when I placed the order and sent my FFL. Now that I have an issue, it's taking a little while but it's still within reason.

Based upon the AK-47 Wood Sporter, I'd buy this Hellpup for the price listed. However, that really depends on how Royal Tiger Imports / IO Inc responds to the loose furniture issue and my return...

I wish there were reviews on this thing. The price, considering the current panic buying, seems a little too good to be true.

I have still not heard from them on a AK I ordered. if you call you get a message "we aren't answering the phone". If you email you get no reply. I know there busy, but ... One poster gave me a email for Lynn that works there, and worked for him. No luck there either.

Please keep in mind that I can count our office staff on one hand, and Lynne has the monumental task of entering the orders into the system and processing payments . . . needless to say she's quite busy. If you need to contact someone else I might recommend getting in touch with Joyce at her email ([email protected]) and let her know your situation. She's always very helpful and if she doesn't have all the answers she can generally find someone who can help you.

Did you ever think about hiring some one to help her? Or, did you just run out of fingers? I know I can't be the only one having problems. Saw were you did away with the $35 fee if you canceled your order, or did you? Did you stop caring about customers like me? Correct me if I am wrong, but it sure seems like you did.

Joyce IS the new person we've hired to help, we used to only have four but we needed extra help desperately. You're not the only one having problems, and by problems there's typically just folks frustrated with waiting. We're working as fast as we can and in most of our cases working overtime to fulfill as many orders as possible as quickly as possible. Again, if you need assistance with an order please contact Joyce if you've tried Lynne already, but please keep in mind that both are busy and we're throwing everything we've got at processing orders. I know there was a fee for canceling an order while all of the Obama / Feinstein scare was going on because we were literally getting phone calls from hundreds of customers every day just to ask "how's my order coming, is it ready yet?" We can only answer one phone at a time each per the 5 office staff that we have, and that means that if we're looking up everyone's order we can't process new orders. All we ask is a little understanding: the more folks call or email the slower it goes for everyone. Again, if you absolutely have to contact someone please get in touch with Lynne or Joyce, preferably Joyce since she has more of an opportunity to answer questions. Her email if you didn't see it before is [email protected]. We do want to thank all of our customers for being so very patient and understanding with us in these incredibly busy times!

Funny how a guy is obviously frustrated with a company and you can't understand that.

I'm sure telling him how to run his business will help, especially when he's trying to get you in the right direction. I assuming you're smart enough to understand that hiring more employees would lead to higher prices.
