The $599 is cash pricing. Add 3% for CC/Debit card purchases. If it comes with two IO mags, then you have two paperweights, as those are junk and don't fit.
these were listed for 599 from Royal Tiger Imports http://www.royaltigerimports.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=92&Itemid=154#!/~/product/category=2251793&id=19415026
however, there were multiple negative reviews about them here

Yep I am one that got one of these and I didn't even accept the transfer. Read "royal tigers" return policy and we decided to throw it up on gun broker. I was pissed because they make it sound like this was a new pistol from the Radom plant in poland. This is a cobbled together parts kit gun and mine had at least three different SN's, plus the frigging mag they gave me wouldn't even come close to locking in. I had heard mixed reviews from IO and now I know they are justified... my first and last IO purchase. I had a century WASR10 that was better quality then what I got.
I have to check on the Hellpup my buddy has. I don't remember seeing any mismatch serial numbers and it was new production from what I remember. The factory IO mag is junk for sure though. They won't fit any AK.
I have had one since Royal Tiger Imports released them.. of course mine looks nothing like it came out the box. I changed the grip hand guards , put on a demon muzzle break and such. I agree that I/O mags are not real good , but Hell pup chews through cheap ammo out of a 75 round drum like nobody's business. No complaints here..Just rock n roll Radom style... and no mixed matched serial numbers on my Hell Pup either. Thats been my experience. .
