This is an amazing firearm, even for $1450!!!
Those that aren't familiar with MP5 clones are missing all kinds of features of a real HK, such as the the push pin lower complete with the shelf (albeit needs clearance), three lug, and threaded barrel, etc.
Those that aren't familiar with MP5 clones don't know the difference between a metal lower and a plastic one. Or at least don't know what they are looking at when they see the above photos.
Also, the general consensus is that if it is HK licensed, they are made on HK tooling. The factory is also ISO certified in several categories including quality management.
Those of us that know what we are talking about only have the paint job to bitch about. That is the worst $5 spent on a $1,500 firearm I have ever seen.
Canted cocking tube is also a complaint, and I would find this completely unacceptable. Just make sure your's doesn't have this issue.

Plus $200 for the tax stamp, plus $350 for a refurbished Hk collapsible stock, plus $300 in magazines, plus $850 for suppressor, stamp and three lug adapter......
....worth every damn penny. I've got about 2000 trouble free rounds through mine. Everyone who shoots it starts trying to figure out how to scrape together the sheckles to get one for themselves.

They are awesome. You are right, the price is high, but if you want a ridiculously fun shooting gun then you suck it up and pay for it. It's a clone of a classic so it has that appeal too.
I Just don't understand the price justification for these. Isn't there an expired patent on these?
Yeah I think its cool and the stabilizer brace makes me want it now, but not for $1449. I understand paying $700 for a 93 clone or $1000 for it in 308.
