Iv never spent over 525 on any wasr or RH10, heck even the imported Draco was around the same price that Iv acquired pre-covid/trump era. However I haven’t seen them bellow 800 new or used the years since, especially in the pawn shops. But for 600 I’d recommend the PSA with the warranty, if 600 is your budget for an AK.

Dealer cost on these Pioneers should be about $480, but I've seen them at $435 in the last few years. Decent wood, thin rust-prone finish, no bayo lug, cast trunnion, nitride 4150 barrel, very unreliable history, imported, one year warranty, poor customer service. They are Pioneers, with no relation to WBP Poland. A WASR is around $650 when located, has better quality parts but poor assembly. Current PSA AK's can be had for $600, have forged trunnion, bolt and carrier, and full lifetime warranty with responsive customer service. Opinions are like *%&^$!, but the trunnions, bolt tails, poor warranty and absent customer service concern me regarding Pioneers. I personally own many AK's from low to high end and recommend Zastava, WASR, and blem PSA over this. No offense meant to differing opinions...sometimes chance trumps choice.
