Since PSA has a completed lower with an EPT trigger for $160, is this really that great of a deal?
Between the kit and this completed MOE EPT lower priced at $159.99 you're speaking of, I think the completed lower is a better deal.

The description of the stealth mentions it having a MOE trigger guard while the description of the other one doesn't, but it appears to have it. The description of the one for $159.99 shows "Lowers may be Safe/Fire or Pictogram", the description of the stealth doesn't, but that could be true for both.
Personally I'd go with this complete lower with MFT furniture, trigger guard and EPT for $159.99:
