Wow, I actually have the same problem. I ordered this back in February as well along with the extra mount. They said they was going to refund me $50 since they lost my order. I also asked if both mounts was being sent with the suppressor or not. I was told they both was in the box. Well surprise, I was charged the full amount and only 1 mount in the box. So I've been on the phone with them trying to get someplace with them as well.
Buyer Beware! Bought the multi-cal OSS Helix back in February, ordered the extra 5.56 mount for an additional $100. The Helix and 7.62 mount arrived at my SOT with no problem, the 5.56 mount never showed. I have been calling Botach repeatedly trying to get the issue resolved without success. Customer service is absolute garbage. Just called my bank and disputed the charge.
I had tried to order this can from them back when this posting was new and they held on to my money for a month. They had my coordinate shipping to the FFL and everything for them to just then end up refunding my my money with no phone call or explanation or anything. They ended up adding about 1.5 months to my supressor wait time screwing with them when now I know just to never use them for anything again. Botach is a joke.
