O- Light has got to be expensive as any other brand out there, I bought them when they first came on the scene, PLmini, vaylkerie pro, and a odin for my rifle, i switch my pistol light back and forth from pistols to my shorter barrel rifles all the time, I actually like the pistol lights better then the big flashlight style, slimmer to the gun, gives me a ton more rail space, and much lighter. but Dudes if your gonna raise your prices they you guys have been, I'm outta here ! allready ordered a streamlight tlr7 its cheaper, i may as well hold up save a bit more and buy stream light or surefire

No. But you could get a section of keymod to picatinny rail adapter (which is EZ to find) and order Olight's kinda pricey "Pic Rail Adapter for Odin Mini and Odin" that is offered as an option on the same page as the light and you should be good to go. Another option would be to buy a keymod to mlok adapter made by Midwest industries; https://www.charliecoopers.com/midwest-industries-adapter-keymod-to-m-lok-keymod-rails-black/...
https://www.midwestindustriesinc.com/MI-KeyMod-to-M-Lok-Adapter-1-slot-M-Lok-p/mi-k3m1.htm... (OOS here)
(I'd stay away from the lower priced off-brand keymod to mlok adapter being advertised on amazon)

These are nice if you’re looking for a small weapon light. Really only shines on something MLok already and small like a Stribog or sub gun. For anything longer than a 10” barrel I’d just do the regular Odin and for pistols/shotguns I’d do the Valkyrie Pro. The regular Odin will have much better throw, twice the battery size, longer run time, etc. The mini is kind of a niche size.

Does anyone else find it amusing that while the regular complaints of "Don't buy from the Chinese. 'Murica!" there's a resounding silence on this constant stream (bordering on spam) of China Made Olights?

Nah, I’ve heard the same people say to not buy Olight.

I noticed at least two differences between the two. Whether those points are important or not, you be the judge.
(1) to reduce the remote-switch-disconnect risk, the odin has a locking mechanism built in when the valkyrie will need your duct tapes.
(2) the odin mini is rated IPX8 water resistant when the valkyrie is rated IPX6.

I'll admit The Odin has a more secure tail switch set up vs the Valkyrie however the water resistant differences is kind of a of non-factor considering most people don't plan on shooting in inclement weather and would naturally rather keep their rifles and themselves dry whenever possible. Olight imo is suffering from success they made the Valkyrie so good that it damn near overshadows their latest compact tactical light lol. I originally wanted to buy the Odin mini but after researching the specs I might end up buying me another PL pro Valkyrie. Better specs, flexible mounting on either rifle or pistol and it's cheaper? Sounds like a no brainier.

Can someone tell me what's the point of Odin mini? the PL pro Valkyrie literally BTFOs the Odin mini. More lumens, Better candela, smaller profile than the Odin mini, has the flexibility to be a pistol light or rifle light and is cheaper in than the Odin mini. Seriously wtf?

PL models are designed for pistols. The Odin is designed for carbines/rifles, specifically around withstanding the recoil. Also, the PL does not have a remote switch.

The Valkyrie is a pistol light that can flex into a rifle light. It can withstand AR recoil just fine, I bought it last year and have had it mounted exclusively to my AR 15. And yes the the Valkyrie does have a switch. I literally have a Valkyrie mounted with a magnetic pressure switch on my AR 15. Here is the link for the pressure switch so you don't think I'm making up stories.
