I seen what you’re talking about, but I just wanted to let everyone know not to expect the clarity of the prostaff 5 and 7s...while this is s decent entry level scope, the clarity doesn’t compare to the 5 and 7..
No. Go to cabelas sight and look at the questions from customers. Nikon answers then and specifically says THIS IS NOT a prostaff. I have 3 prostaff 5 and 2 prostaff 7 and this scope does not even come close to the clarity
No. This is NOT the prostaff. It’s NOT even close to the clarity of the prostaffs. While it is a decent scope for the money, it doesn’t compare to the prostaffs...ordered one for my sons .22 hornet.
Nikon says it is. All I did was search the part #. http://www.nikonsportoptics.com/en/nikon-products//riflescopes/prostaff-...
If you search this exact part number on Nikons site it doesn’t turn up anything. I did buy one for a 22 hornet. Decent scope but not as clear as my prostaffs
Link got chopped, but go to nikon site.
This IS the prostaff btw. Great scope for 120 bucks. Very bright with alot of light transmitted, like 98% IIRC.
This scope and the buckmaster II are the same scope. I think this scope is primarily sold at cabelas. It is definitely not a prostaff...the prostaff scope will even say prostaff on the bell of the scope.
