These guys suck to do business with. I ordered an xds-45 when they first came out and were hard to come buy I bought it for 450 plus shipping (that IS the MSRP on it). They called me 2 days later to say that even though they took my money, they changed the price to $750 and they need to take the remaining difference if I still wanted the gun from them. I told them to fuck themselves. I would avoid this company at all costs. They will gouge you as soon as they see the market will allow it
In a case like you were dealing with, a call to your bank/credit union that issued your credit card would have helped them get their mind right. The credit card company merchant agreement most likely states they can't do that, sure they sent an email showing it was paid. No merchant wants to loose their ability to process credit cards.
Another thing in the Merchant Agreement, companies are not allowed to take the funds till the product is ready to ship, they can place a hold on the amount, which will show lower funds available to you, but you are not paying interest on it.
A lot of good info for a consumer to know is found in the Merchant Agreements from Visa, MasterCard, etc...
I don't understand why companies like that are even alowed posts on here
This is a shitty deal.

It may be out of stock but it does show that this is not a deal.
SWVA's deal might be better, but you can't sell what you don't have. And they don't have any to sell being sold out. ;)
Your deal is not in stock - subtle difference
gun.deals is "Best deals on guns and ammo posted by users".
It is not supposed to be "Advertisements of mediocre guns at mediocre prices posted by sellers".
