Okay, so if these Sig optics are garbage, what do you recommend? I just got a DD AR 15 and need to get optics. I need a red-dot sight and magnifier. This Romeo/Juliet combo fits the bill. I would like to stay under $1K total.

Give me some suggestions of good options or I’m buying the Sigs! :-)

Shouldn’t Romeo be behind Juliet? Makes me wonder what’s going on between these two lovers.

Awwww...........Romeo & Juliet can be together forever! If you're going to use the phonetic alphabet to sell your product to couch commanders at least SPELL "Juliett" CORRECTLY!

Stupid, sissy name for cheap, Chinese optics.

A fool and his money...

All of Sig’s optics are named using the NATO Phonetic Alphabet. Our military also uses this same alphabet. Do you think our soldiers are “Sissy’s?” I bet the phone or computer you used to type your stupid remarks is made in China. Is it cheap? Sig actually makes nice optics. It’s common practice for large companies to outsource certain parts of their products. Apple designs in California but it’s built elsewhere. Just because you don’t have the scratch to throw down on a nice optic doesn’t mean it’s a bad one.

I have been in the Army 19 years now.

Calling something a three syllable word just to portray a tacti-cool image is stupid. Calling something Romeo and Juliet is downright faggy.

Sig makes junk optics that are made in china. Save your money to buy quality American optics instead of this holosun commie chinese bullshit.

BTW, all my computer stuff is made in Singapore or Japan.

May I ask what products you buy that are made exclusively in Singapore or Japan? Even the Sony PlayStation and the Xbox One is manufactured in China. Both my Toshiba laptops (15" & 17") were made in...you guessed it, China. Both are over 5 years old and both work flawlessly, except for the original batteries. No use spending $40-$50 on new ones when I only use them while plugged in. I am looking at at least 30 pieces of electronics in my front room alone. I bet 90% are made in China. We have a Television with a computer in every room (5 in all). Made in China is stamped on most if not all. We also have another three computers and three laptops. Made in Japan used to be shitty products. It is the same with Made in China. One of my best well-made jackets was made in Saudi-Arabia. I bought it over 15 years ago at K-Mart of all places. Not a single stitch is broke and still repels water. I used to buy $100 tactical zip-up boots for work. They lasted about six months. Now I buy Texas Steer boots that cost $20-$25 (on sale) from Sears that also last 6 months. I buy them 4 at a time to save on shipping. And yes, they are made in China, not Texas. They still provide the comfort and reliability for a fraction of the cost.

You own nothing made in China? I thanks you for your service and sacrifices you’ve made for our great country. We can agree to disagree on the Sig optics. I own 2 Romeo RMR’s and two Whiskey 5 scopes and all has performed flawlessly.

I intentionally buy American made when possible. There are many things in which we have no choice in regards to American-made purchases.

They work great.....for now.

Isn't this Romeo crap just rebranded chinese Holosun bits that PA sells for around $150?

Certainly there is no one who believes that magnifier is worth $450... How is this a deal?

Edit: This is such a shit deal it outta be removed. If this doesn't prove Cabellas 'with ALL its purchasing power' takes cold advantage of their customers, I dont know what will... Straight SCHLONGING their diehards and I bet they'll still ride Cabellas nuts!

$414 from a tiny shop

LOL @ the thumbs down. As if FACTS ARENT FACTS and I didn't just post a MUCH BETTER deal from a small shop that probably doesn't do a 1000th of the business Cabellas does...

The thumbs down votes just goes to show how the Cabellas blowhards just love, love LOVE getting SCHLONGED. They just can't get enough!

As of 1/12/18 the Lord of War shop is STILL $125 cheaper than Cabellas.

CABELLAS FANS BLOW THAT MONEY WHEN THEY GARGLE THEM NUTS!

I'm not a fan of overpaying but you're not comparing like products.

Isn't the Romeo 5 and Juliet 3 going to cost less than the posted Romeo 4 and Juliet 4?

I have used these and was completely blown away, incredible clarity, you would think the gap would cause distortion but not on these, and they look amazing, I would like to see different recitals added
