Site is roughly 150 days old. Registrar of the site is using Privacy on the DNS registration so you cannot see who owns the business. Site uses Cloudflare in front of their webservers in order to hide where their physical server is actually located and who host it. There are no other DNS records such as FTP or MX which would help point to where the server physically is or who owns it. The mailing address they use is a trailer in the desert.

First thought, bitcoin scam. Second thought, ATF/FBI running a honey pot.
