CCI® developed A22 Magnum Gamepoint Rimfire Ammo to shoot faster than standard .22 WMR cartridges, to enhance reliable feeding the Savage® A22 Semi-Auto rifle. CCI A22 Rimfire Ammo shoots a 35-grain Game Point bullet that expands well on medium-size varmints and predators, from rock chucks to fox and coyote. The jacket of the Gamepoint bullet is electronically plated to the lead core and then skived, much the same as Fusion® centerfire big game hunting bullets. The pointed tip enhances flat trajectory and reliable feeding in semi-auto rifles.

Well, I don't think you can call it "bait & *SWITCH*" when there's nothing else to switch _to_: 22WMR has been mighty thin on the ground the past few years, so that Cab's has any at all is kind of nice, even if they periodically sell out of it. Still too high, costs more than other 22WMR because it's "specially made..." and in a box w/ snazzy graphics. A *cardboard* one, too, not the nice CCI plastic slide top. I think I'll wait for Maxi-Mags to make it back on the shelf at a more reasonable price [altho' I doubt very much they'll be going back on the shelf at their traditional sub-$10/box price point any time soon. :-( ]
Sold out within 30 minutes, sounds like the old bait and switch scheme! And this is definitely not a sale at .30¢ a round plus shipping.
