It uses a Bell and Carlson varmint/tactical composite stock with an aluminum bedding block, stainless steel Oberndorf style hinged floor plate, and Leupold QRW bases. Uh, it's not a cheapo mossberg or savage.
It's a billet receiver and bolt, custom barrel, timney trigger, B&C stock, billet bottom metal, etc.
It's not a bad price for what you're getting, take a remington 700 and build it to the same specs and it'll cost about the same.
