The Ballistic Soft Panel offers impressive protection despite weighing less than a pound and a half, thanks to the innovative construction. Instead of heavy steel plates or traditional Kevlar weave, this armor features a flexible Ultra-high Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) panel, allowing for excellent ballistic protection. As an added bonus, this configuration does not cause dangerous spalling events the way that common steel plate armor can. To further improve wearer comfort, the plate features shooters cuts. Add in a fully sealed design to protect against the elements and you have an excellent choice for ballistic protection needs.
